Just a reminder to vote by 4:00 p.m. on May 28 regarding the special assessment meeting to fund a small part of the tennis court rebuilding. A quorum of 135 Lots is required for the vote to be valid.
- This special assessment meeting on May 28 to tally the results is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. via Zoom and in-person at McLean Bible Church, 8925 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182. Room 1208.
Also, Dr. Cirillo has called for a special meeting of Board members at 8:00 p.m. on May 28, (to follow the voting meeting), to cover two agenda items only: (1) Next steps for the tennis courts and (2) Planning and preparing material to present to homeowners at the annual meeting. This meeting also via Zoom and in-person at McLean Bible Church, 8925 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182. Room 1208.
